I am aware that when booking a video consultation and using the AdHoc service, my personal data - , specifically:information taken from the patient file (name, date of birth, address, diagnosis, examination and treatment data) and the assignment of the claim for the purpose of collection may be transmitted on to specific billing companies for the purpose of billing for the medical services provided.
Depending on which doctor provided you with care, your personal data may be either transmitted to:
the Privatärztliche Verrechnungsstelle Mosel-Saar (PVS Mosel-Saar for short), Metternichstraße 29a, 54292 Trier and Boxbergweg 3a, 66538 Neunkirchen, or
the Dr. Meindl u. Partner Verrechnungsstelle GmbH (Meindl u. Partner for short), Willy-Brandt-Platz 20, 90402 Nuremberg.
Each a “Service Provider”, collectively “Service Providers”
As Service providers they have a duty of confidentiality and to provide clear information on how they will process your data and to ensure transparent communication you may read their privacy statements below.
2. I am aware that either Service Provider will bill my doctor's services in its own name and collect the money on its own account. If there are differences of opinion about the legitimacy of the claim, I am aware that additional data required to justify the bill will be passed on from the patient file. In the event of a legal dispute, either Service Provider will be a party to the proceedings; my doctor can be heard as a witness. In this respect, I also hereby release my doctor from his duty of medical confidentiality.
3. This declaration also applies to claims arising from future treatments. It can be revoked at any time with future effect by:
writing to my doctor; or
To PVS Mosel-Saar,
or Meindl and Partner,
The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point on the basis of this consent. In the event of revocation, no further data transmission will take place between my doctor and the Service Provider.

As a clearing house, Meindl u. Partner is subject to the same strict confidentiality obligation as your service provider. Like your service provider, Meindl u. Partner must also observe data protection regulations. Meindl u. Partner processes your personal data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a and Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Otherwise, the service provider can/must settle the bill themselves. Meindl u. Partner will delete your invoice-related data immediately if the statutory or official retention periods (usually 10 years) have expired and the purpose of the processing has been achieved. If the purpose is fulfilled before the expiry of the retention periods, data processing will be restricted (blocking of the data).
